Tell Arc where it hurts. It builds your plan, tracks every rep through your iPhone's camera, and adjusts it after every session from how you moved and how it felt. Harder when you're ready. Easier when you're not.
All you need is your bodyweight and a band.
Your plan works towards getting you back to playing.
The camera sees when a rep falls short, and Arc tells you how to fix it.
Your range and holds are kept from day one, so you can see the change.
Arc answers any time, and explains every change.
Your phone's camera follows your joints and tracks your reps as you go.
Range, depth, tempo, balance and every other measure that helps you perform and shows your progress.
What it saw and how it felt help Arc decide whether to change your plan.
Built from the bone up.
Every muscle.
NewNew exercises every week.
A 3D model of every movement.
So you always know what to do.

The most you'll need is a resistance band. ArcForm is built for home: your bodyweight, a band, and everyday things like a chair, a wall or a towel.
Not yet. ArcForm is iPhone only for now, on iOS 17 or later. You need to be 18 or over.
No. The camera's picture is read on your phone to find your joints and then thrown away. Only the measurements are saved, under your account.
No. You don't need an injury, or even a sore spot. Tell Arc what you want to keep doing and it builds your strength, mobility and control around it, so you can keep going.
You tell the app how each exercise felt, and your plan responds: any pain stops an exercise getting harder, and more pain makes it easier. Sharp or worsening pain means stop. Our safety page says when to see someone.
The numbers are estimates. Lighting, clothing, camera angle and distance all affect them. They're a guide for your training, not clinical measurements.
